Help Desk: Targeted Support for Open Call Applicants

Structured peer to peer support to help potential applicants strengthen and refine their proposals during the Open Call period.

Event Details

The Help Desk will take place on 30 & 31 March, from 10:30–12:30 CET. Across the two days, only twelve (12) individual 20-minute consultation slots are available (six per day). Applicants are required to book their timeslot in advance and submit their specific question upon registration. Based on the topic and needs described, each applicant will be matched with the most relevant expert from the TASC-RestoreMed consortium to ensure focused and actionable feedback.

Purpose of the Help Desk

The aim of the Help Desk is to provide targeted technical and thematic guidance, support applicants in aligning their ideas with the Open Call requirements and the objectives of the EU Mission Restore Our Ocean and Waters, and facilitate knowledge exchange across stakeholders.

What You Can Receive Support On

During the 20-minute session, participants can receive support on clarifying alignment with Mission Ocean priorities, strengthening their intervention logic and expected impact, refining consortium composition and stakeholder engagement, improving methodological design, ensuring compliance with Open Call criteria, and enhancing feasibility and implementation strategy.

Participation & Deadline

Participation is limited, and slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are strongly encouraged to book as soon as possible.
